I would like to thank RedRook for their outstanding customer service. I have been running my online store for over two years now, and during that time I experienced a few different web hosts. Changing from one host to another is no easy task and usually quite a stressful time for a store owner.
Paul, at RedRook, was there to help from the very beginning. There were a few hiccups (as there is whenever you change hosts) but Paul made this easy. You have helped me deal with crap, and you even met me for coffee in Hobart and discussed what we needed to do. I hate automated responses, and even when you do that it's done on a one to one basis. You haven't hassled me for cash...YET. But I feel that when we have got everything in place that will be cool.
It's what some people would say is an old fashioned way to work... well in my book it's the best way. Built on trust of the supplier and client, it works both ways. So it's all great. I look forward to doing long term business with you guys, and good luck.
