  • Normal Support Requests: If you still need to submit a Support Request, you can do so via the Support Request form.

  • Emergency Support Requests: Our EMERGENCY technical support number, all day, every day, is 1800 664 321. In some instances you will be provided with further instructions including the mobile phone number of the engineer on call. It is also then a requirement to submit a Support Request via the form on http://support.redrook.com.
    (Please note that if the issue is not an emergency, you may be billed!)
