Red Rook uses high-speed links from multiple tier-1 providers to provide a high quality, high capacity redundant IP network service to its customers. Our IP services are backed with an
industry leading service level agreement guaranteeing uptime and performance. The network
utilises high-throughput redundant core switches and routers to provide this highly resilient
platform for data communications.
Red Rook is currently connected to Optus, NTT/PowerTel, Connect and PIPE networks. In the
case of a carrier or internal network failure, Red Rook’s core routers will automatically re-route
traffic to bypass the issue.
Backup and Data Storage Facilities
Having a well planned backup strategy is the most effective way to protect your vital data. Red Rook provides a complete backup, storage and retrieval services for your data utilizing a
powerful range of technologies paired with our best practices.
Backup space on Red Rook’s storage area network (SAN) is available with options to have your
data transferred to a secure offsite facility on daily and weekly rotations. Our technicians are able
to assist you with both the planning of a backup strategy and data restoration where required
